Join us for the Sanlam Cape Town Marathon 2021. Whether you are taking part in the 42.2km Marathon, the 22km Trail Run or the 46km Marathon Trail, you are invited to "run for charity" in the actual 2021 events. Even if you are only doing the virtual 5km or 10km runs, you can “run for something”.

About the event
We're inviting you to make a real difference for the Machi Filotimo Cancer Project this year, if you are participating in the Sanlam Cape Town Marathon 2021 event.
To do so is easy - simply create your own fundraising project on this page, then share it with your family and friends, and get them to donate to you. All funds will go directly to us as the charity, so you can simply focus on running and raising funds.
Our purpose is to create awareness about Cancer, to educate on early detection and to render palliative care to Cancer patients. Together with our Partnered Institutions, we work harmoniously in all areas related to addressing Cancer control objectives in order to take care of patients with Cancer and support families of survivors and to not only raise funds but to also gather support from individuals and commercial enterprises who can contribute according to their means in whatever way possible.
