NOVEMBER IS MEN’S HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH

And there’s no better time to introduce our newest initiative:

CAPTAIN COURAGEOUS


The Captain Courageous Men’s Group is a safe, supportive space for husbands, fathers, sons, brothers, and friends whose lives have been touched by cancer, whether through walking alongside a loved one fighting the disease or coping with the loss of someone dear.


This is a place for real conversations where men can open up, share their stories and find strength in one another.

It’s about brotherhood, healing and reminding each other that courage isn’t the absence of pain, but the will to rise above it together.
