This was a thoughtful and practical conversation about wills, estates, living wills, advance care planning, palliative care, and the importance of making your wishes known.

One of the strongest messages from the evening was that planning ahead is not about giving up hope. It is about creating peace of mind, maintaining choice, and helping the people you love navigate difficult decisions if they ever need to.
