In Loving Memory of Alex Azab Tsaura – Filotimo Cancer Champion
It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Filotimo Cancer Champion, Alex who left us this morning 💔
Alex was a courageous breast cancer warrior whose story touched and inspired so many. Alex faced a rare diagnosis—male invasive ductal carcinoma. He first noticed a lump and discharge in 2021, but it took multiple hospital visits before he received a diagnosis.
Through the Filotimo Cancer Champion program, Alex shared his journey publicly — breaking silence and inspiring countless others.
Alex’s life, though taken too soon, lives on in the awareness he brought, the conversations he started, and the change he ignited.
We honor his legacy with deep gratitude, love, and a pledge to continue fighting in his name.
Our heartfelt condolences go to his wife Helen, his two daughters, family and friends. May his memory be a blessing.
You will be deeply missed—and never forgotten.
